About the Role:

Volvo Group is looking for a Junior Accountant (O2C) to join their Group Finance team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early career professionals who are eager to grow in finance and accounting. You will be part of a global team that values collaboration, learning, and problem-solving.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing, cash applications, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Support month-end reporting and intercompany transactions.
• Interact with internal stakeholders to resolve queries independently.
• Maintain detailed records with accuracy and reliability.
• Work with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
• Gain exposure to SAP (an added advantage if you already have knowledge).
• Work in rotational shifts, ensuring 5 days of office presence.

Key Technical Skills:

Accounting knowledge, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), O2C Cycle, Invoicing, Cash Application, Journal Entries, Month-End Reporting, Reconciliations, Problem Solving, Effective Communication (English), SAP (added advantage)

Requirements:

• Commerce Graduate or MBA (Finance).
• 0–1 year of experience in accounts receivable or finance-related processes.
• Good knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal in English).
• Open to working in rotational shifts.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Well-organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a global corporate environment.
